“As General Contractor for our work with Abbott Point-of-Care, Enstone undertook extensive modifications to an 8,000 square foot Cleanroom to convert it from an electronics manufacturing facility to medical devices assembly, and completed Clinical Lab modifications to an 8,300 square foot Cleanroom taking it from electronics assembly to medical device testing. Enstone, too, managed our Stores 10 project that entailed extensive modifications to an existing receiving and shipping area where a complete demolition and re-build was required. The work for all projects, which were scheduled generally at the same time was technically challenging, demanding meticulous attention to detail, high standards of construction, and all under a strict and compressed schedule. Whether as a General Contractor or as a Major Contractor on the projects, Enstone and their sub-trades performed their work in a thorough, professional manner, on time and with the best interest of the project as their motivation”.
